Returns Policies

What is I place an order and I want to cancel it?

We will only cancel an order if you write us within the first 48 hours of placing your order. 

Do you give refunds & returns?

Our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulously loyal customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!

Refunds: We accept refunds and returns within 30 days of the shipment received date. Any questions regarding sizes, shipping, or quality should be asked before purchasing. If there is an error on our end that results in a refund please allow up to 15 days after returning the item in the same condition for refund to full process. 

If you'd like to return your items (within 30 days from the received the order) you may do so for a full refund.   Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.

After 15 days, you will be issued store credit. Item must be returned within 5 days of notifying customer service at roseycheekskids@gmail.com. Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.

*Certain items are not eligible for a refund for hygienic reasons.  Please see the following: Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.  In order to return one or more items, please look up your order below and select the items you'd like to send back

What are you shipping & handling processes?

Shipping: Overall we have a set shipping time of 3 weeks.  We do NOT guarantee order dates for any reason. Shipping Costs are $4.00, orders over $40 are FREE SHIPPING.  This includes worldwide.

We are working on building our inventory to reduce shipping times and some items will ship much sooner than the 3 weeks but we do not make any guarantee.

We will contact you via the e-mail address on your order with your tracking number once your package has shipped. 

If a package is refused and returned to us we will NOT re-ship the package unless we are contacted and the additional shipment fee is paid at the cost of the customer. 

Please consider shipping when ordering during the Holiday Season. The mail service may not be as dependable! Shipping delays are unforeseen and out of our control. we will ship orders on schedule but cannot control the shipping & delivery once they've been shipped. PLEASE consider this and allow plenty of time. 

Orders ship in a full 3 weeks of purchase and payment being made in full. (This could change by a few days depending on the work load or day of week )

**Orders scheduled to ship Friday-Sunday ship the following Monday. 
**PLEASE take into consideration that orders with multiple items will take a little longer than single item orders. 
**Please allow ADDITIONAL time for delivery AFTER shipment (depending on USPS and their transit time). **Please plan accordingly when purchasing. 
PLEASE take in consideration that USPS may move a little slower throughout the holiday season with high volumes of mail**
